- Real fleet inventory, VINs, photos and specs verified
- Owner-approved rates, fees and deposit amounts
- Georgia state/local sales, hotel-motel and other tax treatment confirmed by a tax professional
- Legal entity formed and named in agreements
- Commercial rental/liability insurance bound and reviewed
- Rental agreement and policies approved by a Georgia attorney
- Secure authentication and role-based admin access
- Secure database with access policies for customer data
- Hosted payment provider live with signed, idempotent webhooks
