What the quote request collects and who can see it.
This preview site
The quote request form collects your name, email, optional phone, preferred dates, chosen RVs, group size, pets, delivery ZIP or city, and any notes you add. It is stored in our hosted database, visible only to the signed-in Dragonfly RV owner, and used only to answer your request. It is not kept in your browser or in page links. No payment details are collected. The separate owner demo uses synthetic data only. No analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers are installed. Retention period and a deletion contact are pending owner and attorney review.
Future intake (not active)
If the service launches, it may collect contact details, stay dates, site address, occupant names, and site photos to quote and deliver a stay. Payment card data would be entered only on a hosted payment provider's page; Dragonfly RV would not store card numbers. Providers (hosting, database, payments, email) will be listed here before launch.
Marketing
Marketing messages would require a separate, unticked opt-in, independent of booking. You could withdraw at any time.
Your choices
Access, correction and deletion procedures, retention periods, and contact details are [pending] and will be finalized before any data is collected.
