Electronic signing is not active. This draft describes the intended process, pending approval.

Scope of consent

By separately consenting, a renter would agree to receive agreements, notices and receipts electronically and to sign electronically. This consent would be requested separately from agreeing to the rental terms.

Access and copies

• Hardware/software needed: a current web browser and the ability to open PDF files.
• You would receive a downloadable copy of each signed document.
• You could request a paper copy at [fee: pending, expected none].

Withdrawal and paper alternative

You could withdraw consent at any time by written notice and choose paper documents instead. Withdrawal would not affect documents already signed. Paper process: [pending].
