FAQ

Straight answers.

How do I book?

Choose one or more RVs and your preferred dates, then send a quote request. A request is not a reservation and doesn’t hold an RV. We confirm availability, delivery and your site, then send pricing. No payment is taken online.

Who is temporary housing for?

Households that need to stay close to home while a house is repaired or renovated—after water, fire or storm damage, or during a remodel.

Will my insurance pay for the RV?

Many homeowner policies include additional living expense (ALE) coverage, but only your insurer can decide. We can't guarantee reimbursement. Ask your adjuster before booking.

Can you bill my insurance company directly?

Direct-billing arrangements are not set up yet. If offered later, they'll require a separate written agreement.

Where do you deliver?

The planned initial area is North Georgia. Every address needs a site review for access, ground, permission and utilities before delivery.

Can I tow the RV myself?

No. Delivered stays only. We deliver, level, connect and pick up. Renters may not move or tow units.

What utilities does my site need?

An appropriate RV electrical outlet installed by a licensed electrician (30- or 50-amp depending on unit), a potable water spigot, and either a permitted sewer connection or scheduled pump-out.

Can I plug into a regular house outlet?

No. Household outlets and undersized extension cords can overheat. Your site needs the correct RV-rated outlet.

Why aren’t prices listed?

Every stay depends on dates, the RVs chosen, delivery distance and your site, so we quote each request individually.

Is the security deposit part of my rent?

No. A deposit is separate, refundable subject to documented inspection, and it isn't insurance.

What about taxes?

Applicable Georgia and local taxes are still being confirmed with a professional. Until then we show taxes as pending—not exempt.

Are the units in the photos real?

No. Photos are illustrative—not the listed model or unit. The RV list is a reference catalogue and availability must be confirmed.

Is an RV safe during storms?

An RV is not a storm shelter. During tornado or severe thunderstorm warnings, go to a sturdy building. Detectors must stay working, and generators belong outdoors away from openings.

Will my stay renew automatically?

No. Extensions always need a new written confirmation. There is no silent renewal.
