Cancellation Policy

Framework for short and extended stays. Fees and timeframes pending.

Status

No cancellation fees, refund percentages or deadlines have been approved. Every bracketed value below is a placeholder for the owner to decide with counsel.

Short stays (under one calendar month)

  • Cancellation more than [X] days before arrival: [refund amount pending].
  • Cancellation within [X] days of arrival: [fee pending].
  • Delivery already dispatched: actual delivery cost may be retained [pending].
  • Security deposit is returned in full if the RV was never delivered.

Extended stays (one calendar month or longer)

  • Before delivery: [refund terms pending].
  • After delivery, ending early: written notice of [X] days; rent for periods already begun [pending]; pickup fee [pending].
  • Insurance claim changes do not by themselves cancel obligations, but Owner will work in good faith on shortened stays.

Owner cancellation

Weather and site issues

Delays caused by unsafe weather or site conditions discovered at delivery will be handled as described in the Delivery Policy.
