Delivery, Setup & Pickup Policy
What a site needs and how delivery and pickup work.
Service area
Planned initial service area is North Georgia, subject to distance, route and site approval. No address is accepted until site review.
Access and ground
- Clear route for a truck and trailer: width, turning radius, overhead clearance (branches, wires) and gate openings verified at site review.
- Firm, reasonably level, well-drained surface; soft ground, steep grades or septic fields may be declined.
- No delivery over septic drain fields, buried utilities or protected areas.
Permission
Renter must hold property owner permission and confirm local zoning and any HOA rules that apply to temporary RV occupancy. Owner may request written confirmation.
Utilities
- Electrical: an appropriate dedicated RV outlet (e.g., 30-amp TT-30 or 50-amp 14-50) installed by a licensed electrician. Household outlets and undersized extension cords are not acceptable.
- Water: potable supply with a drinking-water-safe hose; freeze protection in cold months.
- Sewer: a permitted sewer cleanout connection where allowed, or a scheduled pump-out service. Discharging waste onto the ground is prohibited.
Weather and additional charges
Owner may reschedule delivery or pickup for unsafe weather. Any additional charge (e.g., extra distance, return trip because site was not ready) must be described and pre-approved by Renter in writing before it applies. Amounts [pending].
Pickup
At the end of the stay, Owner will disconnect, inspect and remove the RV. Renter should remove belongings and provide clear access. Tanks: [emptying responsibility pending].
